Welcome to the 3rd post in this little barn series!
I really like this picture as well. It has a lot to say just like the other. The shadows are very interpretive streaking through the furring on the roof across the face of the barn beginning where the shingles have come off. The interior looking mysterious, yet curiously inviting. Also, the hay trundle that hangs, now no longer used, yet still looking intact. These are used to winch up hay into the loft and then to pull it along the center beam for stacking and storage – no doubt highly labor intensive. It is all very nostalgic.
