Just in time for Mother’s Day, a suspenseful, on-the-edge-of-your-seat short story for mom! Just kidding. The two are not connected…or maybe they are. Maybe I’ll give my mom a free copy and be done with her. Again, just kidding, she is getting a corsage and two dozen roses for Mother’s Day!
Back to the subject matter at hand. The story is completed and ready for your enjoyment and critique. It should be available on on e-book retailers. If there are issues (typos, etc. please just update the book as the latest correction may not have been sent to retailers).
As you can see, I went with the cover design, but had to lighten the entire because as it moves through the publisher and then the retailer for some reason it gets darker.
A little personal update: We left Vidor, TX and are now in Dallas. It was a difficult move to make as we enjoy being there in Vidor and our friends SO MUCH and would have loved to stay, but it was something that our schedule wouldn’t permit without a drastic change that may have caused additional problems. So, here we are in Dallas. Nothing wrong with Dallas, mind you, but I am not big city guy. I love the country and smaller communities.
I can’t complain too much though as we went eat at Gloria’s Latin Cuisine on Lake Roy Hubbard. EXCELLENT! Beautiful setting as well.
Well, enough about that.
Please check out my book on iBooks as well!
